This very first global destination marketplace was initiated and supported by the Tourism Board Dubai (DTCM). With their commitment and promotion, the marketplace accelerated to the leading destination marketplace it currently is.

The B2B Marketplace

First layer

The first layer in the Dubai marketplace are the individual suppliers; we onboarded every single suppliers into the marketplace and connected with their reservation systems for live availability.

Second layer

The second layer are the marketplace tools to set pricing, create packages, and enable content translations before pushing the products to the distribution channels. These distribution channels vary from the API connected resellers, to in-destination distribution channels.

How did we help Dubai

Marketplace platform

The technical framework for the attraction’s marketplace is used by the priohub employees where they can onboard suppliers and configure prices, (tier based) commissions, sales and distribution tools.

Channel manager

Distribution of the Dubai offerings via API connectivity to a wide network of global resellers. Attractions can login and select whether they want to sell their products directly to the reseller, or indirect via priohub.

Agent portal

Multiple white-label agent portals for different brands are being used by DMCs, travel agents, hotels, and other sales partners to sell the product offerings of Dubai. The portal comes with various payment options, including payment link and credit facility.

In-destination tools

The mobile point of sale, self-service kiosk and agent portal are tools that are used by suppliers and resellers. These tools simplify the in-destination sales and with tools like upsell and cross-sell maximize the number of guest visits.

Destination websites

The Prio website builder enables fast white label configuration of destination websites. With this tool any new sales partner, special promotor and reseller can start selling the marketplace portfolio of products.
